The journal is particularly interested in publishing articles after a peer review by two independent reviewers who evaluate the article without the author's / authors' names. The evaluation criteria relate to scientific excellence as well as the scientific and research interest of the article.

The articles should be original, not published elsewhere, and range from 3000 to 6000 words. Upon initial receipt, the Editorial and Publishing Committee responds to the sender for non-acceptance if the article does not agree with the aim and scope and the fields or interests of the journal or publication, or the acceptance of the article and its assignment for "anonymous" evaluation in two additional reviewers.
